Pat's Deployment Weapons

Patrick came home last weekend for a few days to see his family, and a few friends, before he heads back to Texas and then for deployment. I have not posted much lately because there is not too much new news. Patrick wanted to keep his visit fairly quiet, so I did not want to post about that ahead of time. A specially thank you goes out to his friends who surprised him with a little get together. It really meant a lot to Pat to see everyone.

Pat's address has been removed from the page, as any mail sent now, may not make it to Patrick before he is deployed (military mail takes a while).

Patrick wanted me to let everyone know that his is doing fine, but the weeks have been stressful preparing for deployment. Pat said "I'm greatful for all the support people have shown me. It mean so much."

Patrick will be carrying three weapons while overseas. The M240B (which was pictured in a previous post), M4 and a M9. I have found some pictures online of these weapons, so everyone can see what they look like.
