Middle East

We have been informed that Patrick will be getting deployed to the Middle East. He will be leaving sometime between Valentine’s Day and Easter. I do not wish to discuss the specifics of where and when on the Internet, so if you are close to the family feel free to ask, but I will not be posting that information. Patrick’s group will be deployed for 15 months. This week he has been doing a lot of in processing and getting his equipment. After Patrick completes his time overseas he will be granted a 30 day leave at home, then another 11 months stateside. After this time, his group would be eligible again for deployment if needed. Patrick does have internet access from time to time right now before he leaves, so feel free to send him an email, post on Facebook, or leave a message here in his guestbook. If you do not have his email, you can email me, his sister, Sara. My email address is at the top of this site, and I will forward the message to Patrick. Please think positive when leaving him a message. This is a lot for anyone to process, and Patrick has been doing very well with it. The best thing we can give him now is our love and support.
